Important Installation Note

Greca polycarbonate sheets have UV protection on one side only. Before installation, check the labels to ensure the UV-protected side faces outward (towards the sky). Incorrect installation may cause premature weathering and discolouration. For vertical applications, position the UV-protected side towards the strongest sunlight or weather exposure.

Fastening Instructions

1. Use Excelite One-Shot Roof Screws or pre-drill 10mm holes at the crests where screws will be placed.
   
2. Begin fastening at the first corrugation, starting from the lower edge (end-lap).
3. On the lower edge purlin, secure screws through every other crest.
4. On internal purlins, secure screws through every third crest, starting from the third crest on the same side.
5. On the upper edge purlin, secure screws through every other crest, starting from the same side.
6. Do not over-tighten screws — this can crack the sheet or compromise the seal washer.

Fit anti-noise purlin tape between the sheet and each purlin before fastening to prevent friction noise from thermal movement.
