Light diffuser polycarbonate sheet also called optical diffuser sheet, is a special translucent polycarbonate sheet that diffuses or scatters light in some manner to transmit soft light, often comes in opal color.

Light diffuser sheet is screen between the light source and the space being lit. As the light enters the diffusing material, the light beams are scattered, resulting in a soft-edged, widely distributed light.
Light diffuser sheets are designed to scatter or soften light, reducing glare and creating a more even distribution of illumination. The light transmission of a diffuser sheet is much higher than normal white perspex sheet or opal polycarbonate sheet, range of 60% to 90%, allowing a significant amount of light to pass through while diffusing it for a softer and more uniform lighting effect.

Benefits of light diffuser polycarbonate sheet
- Diffusion of LED hot spots
- Light-scattering
- Eliminates harsh shadows
- UV treated, suitable for outdoor
- High impact resistance (10 times stronger than Acrylic sheet)
- Good heat resistance (50 degree higher than Acrylic)
