Excelite Flyover Patio roof uses dott.Gallina 8mm Multicell and AB bar, making it one of our most popular insulated patio roof options. This polycarbonate roofing system provides insulation without sacrificing sunlight!

The Flyover design allows the new roof to sit above the existing house roof, typically attaching at the structural points in the house walls—these are the strongest parts of the house and perfect for securing the new roof. By positioning the new patio roof above and overlapping the existing roof line, you gain fantastic height, improved ventilation, and a reliable water-resistant seal against the house.

arcoPlus®684 features 4-wall co-extruded multi-wall polycarbonate panels with an 8mm thickness. These panels snap-fit onto aluminum profiles and are used for vertical windows, patio roofs (minimum slope 5%), and curved pergola roofs (minimum radius 2.0m). Apart from UV coating, arcoPlus patio roofs come with a special IR coating that blocks most heat while allowing abundant sunlight to pass through.
