To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
• Be accompanied by your proof of purchase.

Cut-to-Size & Custom Orders

Products that have been cut to your requested dimensions or custom-made may not be eligible for a full refund, as they cannot always be resold. Any refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the product, size, and whether it can be reused or resold.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalised products
• Clearance or sale items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
