5. 100% Waterproof Canopy: Our goal was to ensure that the pergola roof provided complete protection from the elements. By using polycarbonate flat sheets, we were able to create a waterproof canopy that shields the outdoor space from rain and other weather conditions.
   
   

   The glazing bar is a key component in achieving a reliable, watertight roofing system. A common installation mistake is fixing screws directly through the polycarbonate sheets into the supporting beams. We avoid penetrating the sheets, as screw holes can create weak points and may lead to cracking as the sheets expand and contract with temperature changes.
